InterAd IX (2005)
Nokta Agency from Bilkent University has been the European winner of the InterAd IX, a worldwide competition organized by the International Advertising Association (IAA), which is known as the Oscar of advertising among universities.
The subject of the competition this year was an advertising campaign regarding the promotion of Yahoo, a worldwide Internet Service Provider (ISP) brand, among the youth.
Young designers Defne Corbacioglu, Bercis Misirli, Gizem Guven, Birsu Celtek, Zeynep Orbay, who are newcomers to the advertising world, and their supervisor Cengiz Gurer have brought a big success to Turkey. Following this creative victory, they went on to win third prize for the InterAd IX World Championship.
